Wife and I were looking at cars, and we have had several calls from this number - we did not answer, the caller ID told us about this number, coming form a "Consumer Rapport". They left no message. If it was one of the dealers giving someone our number, I do mind that very much and if I do answer the dealer is going to get an ugly, ugly review :-) But I will not answer Now, do not think that because this might be a "genuine" survey you are safe (it is not, just google "consumer rapport", or even "consumer rapport survey"). You are not! because now that they have your number, and they know you're a live one looking at cars, oh my! Want to get calls about your car warranty for the rest of your life ? :-)

Same thing just happened here. I was told the same load of $#! . About half way through the call, I realized it was a scam, told them never to call my number again. These people are sorry losers and need to be sent to be put out of business. For anyone else -- DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL!

I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment. I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address. I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter. I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt. I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them again. I received a call from a caller nameed Bernice. She claimed that I had an open invoice from UPS for a shipment to from China. At first a recording came out which did not sound like UPS since the recording was in english and spanish. I pressed #1 to speak to a representative when a lady came on the phone by the name of Anaida. She told me that I owed and invoice. When i stated that i do not deal with import or export she automatically stated that an adjustment was made. Please be aware of such phone call. I dont think it was a legitimate call
